Republique tech tree

this is an imaginary tech tree of a french speaking European republic starting from 1925 (the foundation of the republic).

the doctrine of this republic military is standardisation, starting with a new calendar, starting the 21th march 1925, for the equinox

the republic has seen major conflict of the 20th century, starting with the spanish civil war, as it border Spain and France. then they fight on allies side during WWII, where it manage to survivied by defending the only tunnel conecting it to France. lot of fight took place on the southern part, wich has been occupied by the greman for a short period of time

 

in realistic battle, it will be often put in the same team as the allies (France, Great britain, China, USA and USSR) then in the same team as NATO (France, Great Britain, Italy, USA, Sweden and Germany)

typical battle are:

year 11 (1936), Republic, URSS agaist Germany and Italy (spanish civil war)

year 15 (1940), Republic, France and UK against Germany and Itally (early WWII)

year 17 (1942) Republic, USA, UK vs Germany, Italy, Japan (Mid WWII)

year 20 (1945) republic, USA, USSR vs Germany and Japan (late WWII)

year 25 (1950) Republic, USA, France, UK vs China and USSR (Corean War)

the viehcules are inspired by western european one, such as France, Italy, Germany and Great Britain

vehicule noted "I" come from the semi-autonomous territory of the republic of Isles, a potential subtree. these vehicules come from the pacific archipelago owned by the monarcy and made semi-autonomous during the independance. the culture is a mix between the republic one and the culture of the natives. this lead to a military doctrine based on small boats, amphibious tanks and float planes

 

if you want to play ingame with this nation, play the vehicule listed in the inspiration section, wich is i think the nearest vehicule in gameplay, uses and shape

 

premium are wierd or rare vehicules, such as prototype, field modification, the transport/ paratrooper aircraft, lead-lense and import vehicule  but i don't intend them to be buy out golden eagles, more like achievement. 

for air and ground vehicules:

rank I is the first 15 years, with the spannish civil war and the start of the second world war:

br 1 is mostly between war vehicules, br 1.5 is moslty the vehicule from the start of the war, br 2.0 is the new vehicul devloped between 1939 and 1940, for most

rank II is 1941-1942

rank III is 1942-1944 for aircraft and 1943-1944 ground

 

for jet fighter: rank V, first gen; rank VI, second gen; rank VII, gen 3; rank VIII, gen 4; rank IX, gen 4.5 and 5

 

the first 4 line are the ground vehicules

the first colonne is main tank of the army

the second light are light vehicule, armored cars, troop transports, airborne light tank, infantry fighting vehicule

the third line is anti-aircraft vehicules: machine gun armed car, anti-aircraft gun munted on truck, tropp transport modified for anti-aircraft

the fourth is the anti tank and self propeled gun, such as self propeled anti-tank, self propeled artilery, ATGM cariers

 

the three folowing line are the aircraft line, inculidng both planes and helicopters

the fith line are fighter, mono engines, twin engines, jet fighters

the sixth line is the attacker line, starting with light bombers,then dive bomber, then attacker and jet attacker. attacker are the plane with both heavy foward armement and some payload, first bomb, then HE rockets, HEAT rockets, ATGM and guided bombs

the seventh line is the standard bomber line, with medium bombers, heavy bomber and jet bombers

 

the last two reaserchable branch are the naval one

the eighth is the coatal boat, inculuding torpedo boats, patrol boats, barges, small submarines and fregates, including modern one

the ninth is the blue watter fleet, stating with destroyers, submarines, then cruiser and submarine cruisers, then battle cruisers, then battleship and aircraft cariers

 

for the premium: first line is the ground vehicule premium, second is air vehicule premium, third is naval, fourth is infantry and fith is foreign vehicule

 

there is a total of 44 Rank I vehicules, 28 Rank II, 19 rank III, 17 rank IV, 21 rank V, 15 rank VI, 7 rank VII, 2 rank VIII

 

this tree introduce completly fictional mecanics such as aicraft cariers, submarines, airdrops tanks, paratroopers or infantry, but in most case, it didn't matter as the tree won't be missing anything if there isn't (some plane and ground vehicule won't have their full potential, and should be lowerd in br)
